St Ann’s Hospice is a charity which cares for thousands of people with life-limiting illnesses every year.
The hospice provides a free service to patients, carers and their loved ones from three sites in Greater Manchester, and a range of outreach services, supporting patients in the local community and their own homes.
Around a third of St Ann’s funding comes from the NHS, the rest from donations and the kind support of people who raise money to help patients and their families. Every penny makes a real difference to those who really need it–right when they need it most.
St Ann's Hospice are looking for volunteers to help support our Boutique Charity Bridal shop based in Cheadle town centre. The shop is located in a listed 1950's Art Deco building and sells new and pre loved Bridal wear. The volunteer role includes operating the till (full training given) Helping post pictures of bridal wear online using Facebook, helping create displays, sorting through donations and Customer service including answering telephone calls, emails and DM's. Full training is given in all roles. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and is happy to get stuck in and put forward ideas and suggestions and are looking for a flexible volunteer role that works around their studies and commitments.
