Description of role: The English Access Project runs a free English class for adults every Saturday, 10:30-12:00, at Eccles Library in Salford. We've been going since June 2026 and have around 12 regular learners from Brazil, Sri Lanka, Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, Hong Kong and Mauritius. Levels range from beginners upwards.

We're looking for volunteer classroom assistants to work alongside our lead teacher, who is Head of Modern Foreign Languages at a Manchester secondary school. You'll:
- support small groups and individuals during the lesson
- help with speaking practice, reading and writing
- help learners with everyday tasks like filling in forms, writing a CV or practising for job interviews
