The Live Well Hubs are a prevention-focused service delivered by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). Based within our hospitals, they help patients, visitors and colleagues access practical support for issues that can affect health and wellbeing, including money worries, housing, employment, loneliness, energy costs and healthy lifestyles. By connecting people with the right advice and community services, the Hubs help tackle the wider causes of poor health and support healthier, happier lives.

Description of role: Help people access the support they need.
As a Live Well Hub Volunteer, you will welcome patients, visitors and colleagues, provide information about the Hub, and help signpost people to the right wellbeing services and support.

No NHS experience required as full training is provided
