Role Description
Warm, welcoming and full of possibility, Zambia is a country where volunteer effort goes a long way. Our Summer 2026 placements span four focus areas that touch the heart of community life: teaching and educational support in under-resourced schools, public healthcare outreach that brings vital services to those who need them most, female empowerment programmes helping women and girls build confidence and independence, and sports and community development using the power of sport to inspire the next generation.
All Kaya volunteering placements are self-funded. Project fees include:
- Accommodation
- Airport pick-up and drop-off
- Meal package
- In-country orientation
- 24-hour local support throughout your placement
- Project transport, equipment, and resources
