Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and motivated Awareness Opportunity Volunteer to support our organisation in raising awareness about the services and support we provide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about community work, social impact, and helping vulnerable people feel seen, heard, and supported.

The volunteer will help us increase community awareness, promote our activities, and support public engagement opportunities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As an Awareness Opportunity Volunteer, you may be involved in:

Supporting awareness campaigns and community outreach activities
Helping to promote the organisation’s services, events, and support programmes
Distributing leaflets, posters, and information materials within the community
Engaging with members of the public in a friendly and respectful manner
Assisting at awareness events, workshops, and community sessions
Helping to share information through social media and online platforms
Encouraging community participation and helping people understand the support available
Representing the organisation in a professional and positive manner
Supporting the team with general awareness and engagement activities
