Description of role: Volunteer with the Manchester University Geographical Society (MUGS) at the Victoria Baths Big Clean!

10am -4pm Wednesday 25th February (stay as long as you like)
Tasks may include:
- Cleaning key areas of the baths, including the pools, cublicles, Turkish Baths, Gift Shop, Tea Rooms, Superintendent's Flat, Ticket Offices
- Waxing the woodwork and cleaning furniture
- Cleaning the large collection of stained glass, with support from staff
- Clearing and organising equipment and spaces including going behind the scenes into the Laundry Room, Filtration Room and Basement Corridors

Volunteers will be provided with the necessary equipment, PPE and supervision

Wear warm, comfortable clothes and shoes, ones you don't mind getting dirty!

Light refreshments provided.

Meeting point information will be available closer to the time.
**please note there are 10 spaces available and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
