Sub theme: Education, Human and Civil Rights, Legal and Justice
Stellify Award: This opportunity is part of 'Make a Difference'
Organisation Description: Unbound Programme is a social enterprise supporting survivors of modern slavery across Greater Manchester to rebuild their lives with independence, dignity, and confidence. We create a safe and supportive space for survivors to rebuild, redefine, and reclaim their future. We have created a framework entitled the Unbound Framework which is a survivor-centered model for Empowerment, Autonomy and Long-term Recovery. This is a holistic, coaching-led approach that moves survivors of modern
slavery from instability to independence by restoring agency, rebuilding identity, and creating sustainable pathways to
freedom.
Through free job training, coaching, and upskilling courses delivered in a trauma-informed environment, Unbound helps
survivors move from exploitation to empowerment. Our programmes are designed to restore confidence, develop practical skills, and support long-term independence. Each
participant graduates with a certificate and trophy that recognises their achievements, resilience, and renewed hope.
