Description of role: JOIN OUR NEW SEWING MACHINE WORKSHOP TEAM!

Want Not Waste is launching weekly workshops to help students upcycle old clothes and textiles — and we need creative volunteers to lead the way!

We’re looking for students who:
• Can use a sewing machine (crochet/hand-sewing is a bonus!)
• Love crafting and coming up with new ideas
• Want to make a positive sustainability impact on campus

You’ll get to:
• Teach students how to upcycle their textiles
• Design fun, useful items from old fabrics
• Help launch a new sustainability initiative
• Gain teamwork, communication & creative skills
