Volunteer Roles Available
Whether you're a people person, a film enthusiast, or a social media whiz—there’s a role for you!

Box Office & Front of House
- Welcome guests and check them in
- Take payments from walk-ins
- Create a warm, friendly atmosphere

Coffee Bar
- Serve complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits
- Chat with guests and help build community spirit

Film Screening Support
- Check the auditorium before screenings
- Set sound levels and subtitles
- Ensure a smooth viewing experience

Publicity & Social Media
- Help improve our messaging and reach
- Share upcoming screenings and events
- Engage with our audience online

Film Introductions & Q&A (Optional)
- Research films and deliver a 10–15 minute intro (no spoilers!)
- Facilitate post-screening discussions
- Training provided by a former university lecturer
- Template and guidance available
