Join us in preserving the rich history of our waterways! As an Archives & Collections Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in caring for and documenting our nationally significant collections.
What the Role Involves:
> Auditing, inventorying, and moving objects
> Cataloguing items
> Basic condition checking
> Object cleaning and care
As a leading heritage charity, we work with fascinating historical documents and artefacts every day. Our volunteers help make these treasures accessible and ensure they’re preserved for future generations.
You could be volunteering at one of our museums in Ellesmere Port, Gloucester, or Stoke Bruerne, or supporting activities at our offices and attractions. With millions of visitors each year, your contribution helps bring our 200-year-old network to life.
