Volunteers are at the heart of the National Football Museum and there are many ways to get involved. From supporting the visitor experience by engaging with our visitors and sharing your love of the game, to gettin hands-on with a variety of programmes and events.

Description of role: October half term at the museum is embracing all things spooky, in a programme of activity which embraces storytelling in all forms and encourage children and families of all ages to take part in using their imagination and getting creative.
We are looking for volunteers to support our programme over half term by assisting on various customer facing activities including:
- Frankenstein's Mascot Hands On Activity Support: Visitors are challenged to create their own spooky football mascot using recycled materials! You will be supporting the member of staff leading this activity by helping families get to grips with the activity, replenishing consumables and keeping track of how many visitors get involved.
- Face Off Photo Booth: Manning this and helping our visitors get some spooky shots whilst they are at the museum.
- Gallery support: Being a welcoming face on gallery to help visitors navigate the museum and directing them towards our family activities.
We are looking for volunteers to work an 11-4 shift for at least four days of half term. We will also require volunteers to attend a 2 hour induction at the museum in in the week or two before half term.
