Oxfam Originals Vintage Manchester is currently recruiting Lead Volunteers to help support the day-to-day running of the shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in retail, team leadership, and volunteer training—all while contributing to Oxfam’s mission to build a radically better world.
What’s involved?
As a Lead Volunteer, you’ll help supervise and guide other volunteers, open and close the shop, handle cashing up, support stock preparation and merchandising, and ensure the shop remains a welcoming space for all. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and a passion for helping others.
