Organisation Description: Trafford Carers Centre is an independent registered charity, supporting unpaid carers in the Trafford area.
Description of role: Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and making a difference for carers in our community? We're looking for a creative and committed volunteer to support our digital outreach!

What You'll Do:
> Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, stories) for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
> Schedule posts using social media tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
> Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with followers
> Promote campaigns, fundraising activities, and awareness days
> Collect and share positive stories, testimonials, or quotes from carers (with consent)
> Track and report on social media performance (reach, likes, shares, engagement)
> Suggest creative ideas to grow our online presence and reach more carers
> Help create a weekly E-Newsletter via Mailchimp, published every Friday
