About Stick 'n' Step
Stick 'n' Step provides free conductive education to children and young people with cerebral palsy, helping them gain independence, confidence, and life skills. We rely on the generosity of our supporters and volunteers to continue delivering this vital service.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Volunteer Digital Fundraiser to help enhance our online fundraising presence. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital communications, social media, or online marketing who wants to make a meaningful impact in the charity sector.
You’ll work closely with our fundraising team to support digital campaigns, grow our online community, and help raise vital funds through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering digital fundraising campaigns
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
Help manage and update online fundraising platforms (e.g. JustGiving, Easyfundraising)
Support email marketing and donor communications
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
Research trends and opportunities in digital fundraising
Skills & Experience
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds. The following skills would be helpful:
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or fundraising tools
Strong written communication and creativity
Comfortable using email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) and fundraising sites
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Passion for supporting children with disabilities
Time Commitment
This role is flexible and can be done remotely. We ask for a commitment of around 2–4 hours per week, but we’re happy to work around your availability. Occasional team check-ins may be arranged to support collaboration and planning.
