Stick 'n' Step provides free conductive education to children and young people with cerebral palsy, helping them gain independence, confidence, and life skills. We rely on the generosity of our supporters and volunteers to continue delivering this vital service.

Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as Volunteer Fundraisers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference, enjoys engaging with the community, and is looking to gain experience in the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of fundraising events and campaigns
Promote Stick 'n' Step within your local community and networks
Assist with administrative tasks related to fundraising activities
Help identify new fundraising opportunities and partnerships
Represent Stick 'n' Step at events, stalls, and community activities
Encourage others to get involved and support the charity

Skills & Experience
No formal experience is required, but the following would be beneficial:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking to individuals and groups
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organised and reliable
Passionate about supporting children with disabilities

Time Commitment
Volunteer Fundraisers at Stick 'n' Step support a variety of events and campaigns throughout the year. While most of our fundraising activities are planned well in advance and typically take place over weekends, we aim to provide volunteers with plenty of notice to ensure availability and preparation.

We understand that flexibility is important, and we will always do our best to accommodate your schedule. Occasionally, we may require support at short notice—however, this is rare and only in exceptional circumstances.

Whether you can commit regularly or prefer to help out occasionally, we welcome your support and will work with you to find opportunities that suit your availability.
