Description of role: As an AIESEC Member, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving youth leadership and global impact. Whether you're interested in leadership, marketing, sales, project management, or recruitment, AIESEC provides a platform to develop your skills while contributing to a meaningful cause. You will be placed in one of the following functional teams, depending on your interests and the committee’s needs:
- Operations: Outgoing Global Exchange (oGX)
Promote international volunteering opportunities, support applicants through their exchange journey, and ensure a smooth and impactful experience from sign-up to return.
- Marketing
Design and execute campaigns to promote AIESEC’s programs, manage social media content, and increase our visibility and engagement both online and on campus.
- Human Resources: Talent Management (TM)
Drive member recruitment, onboarding and development. You’ll help deliver training spaces, track performance, and create a strong, value-driven culture within the team.
- Sales: Incoming Global Talent (iGT)
Connect local companies with international talent by promoting our internship programs, managing partnerships, and facilitating a smooth experience for incoming interns.
