Description of role: The Christie Tower Run is a running fundraising event, where participants run up Manchester's Beetham Tower - 46 floors, 798 steps, raising funds for The Christie Charity.
Your role on the day will be to act as a cheering supporter, encouraging runners as they go on to keep them motivated, and also to inform the charity staff lead in the tower of any injuries or drop outs that occur.
The Hilton is very central to Manchester, easily accessible by tram, nearest tram stop is Deansgate Castlefield.
