Description of role: We are looking for a volunteer to support our community visit class sessions in Royal School Manchester. This involves working alongside staff to enable access for our school students to attend spaces in the community, ranging from going to the park, the shops, outdoor education spaces or recreation and leisure provision. This session occurs every Wednesday from 1.30pm to 3pm, the volunteer opportunity gives you a unique insight into working alongside staff and children with complex learning disabilities as part of their school day, curriculum and as part of their learning journey.
