NEW COMMUNITY GARDEN

Sub theme: Culture, Health and Wellbeing
Stellify Award: This opportunity is part of 'Make a Difference'
Description of role: We are creating a new community "scented garden" in a woodland clearing and need up to 15 volunteers to help move materials, remove brambles and weeds, and help build some new steps/pathways. There are various jobs that need doing, some more physical than others. Strong footwear is essential - all other equipment provided.

This is a big project and we really need some man power, so please do help us if you can! We'll provide breaks, hot drinks, snacks etc. for those attending.

12-3pm, Saturday 15th March, meet outside 9 Aden Close. Email david.bailey-4@manchester.ac.uk for further info, or visit medlockvalley.org to read more about our vision.

If you can't make the full three hours, that's fine - just let us know in advance, especially if you will be arriving after 12.
