Description of role: This charity event is going to be covered by the national press , local news crews . We need smart personable quick thinking volunteers to with ticket checking of the guests. To assist the photographers with the red carpet. Managing the celebrities before they step onto the red carpet.
The evening will have auctions and we would be looking for 'spotters ' - people to take information from the bidding guest . To point out the bidder to the auctioneer .
