Organisation Description: The idea for YourB started in January 2015. YourB submitted the full application to the Finance Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority in 2019. We are delighted that YourB Credit Union Ltd is now authorised from 21 January 2020. That is the historic date for the first Sharia compliant credit union in the UK.
You can apply to join YourB through one of the eligible organisations and you can start to save straight away. You can help us reach out to more organisations and individuals who want to join YourB to save for their future and for their children.
YourB is run by volunteers. You can offer your skills and your time.
You can become a Friend of YourB and help to raise funds to cover the running costs. You can make a difference to just one person or to a whole community. All donations large and small, especially regular contributions, will add up to make a huge difference.
We are looking for guarantors who can sponsor individual students.
