Description of role: We require up to 15 volunteers on each day - 23rd and 30th November - to help install signposts, waymarkers, clear vegetation and remove litter from one of Manchester's largest but little-known green spaces. Volunteers will help with digging holes, mixing sand/cement, clearing brambles and litter picking. Each session will run from 12 noon till 3pm. Strong footwear needed (all other equipment provided).
Aden Close is a 10 min walk from New Islington tram stop and 25 mins from the University campus. Buses also stop on Ashton Old Road.
