Description of role: Join us on this Volunteer Day Donation Drive with Manchester Central Foodbank!
When: Thursday 7th November from 11 - 2.30pm
What: Going to local supermarkets to encourage shoppers to donate to the Foodbank. You will be handing out leaflets which highlight the items the Foodbank needs most, with a friendly smile. Shoppers can then see what the food bank needs and drop a tin of food in our donation bin as they leave.
Where: We will meet at St Peter's House on Oxford Road next to the Crawford building (entrance to the foodbank is a side entrance on the left of the building) for 11am on the day.
What to wear?: Comfortable clothes
