Description of role: Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and focused Data Migration Volunteer to assist with transferring client data from our previous platform to Salesforce. This is an administrative role, and you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Migrate client data from our previous platform to Salesforce with accuracy.
2. Ensure all transferred data is correctly entered and formatted.
3. Collaborate with Elena and Iryna, who will provide initial training on using Salesforce.
4. Use Excel to clean, sort, and manage data before migration.
5. Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on tasks.
● Good understanding and experience with Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, formatting).
● Familiarity with or willingness to learn Salesforce (training will be provided).
● Good communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
● Organised and able to manage time effectively.
Time Commitment:
● Ability to commit to 4 hours per week. Work can be done remotely as well.
● Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the team and clients.
