Description of role: We are a charity that exists to give women the confidence they need to reach their full potential, secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives. We listen to our clients and use the power of high-quality interview clothing and one-to-one coaching to help them see their true potential, succeed at interview and transform their lives.

As all of our clients visit us via referral, it's important that organisations and individuals know who we are and what our service offers. As a Community Engagement Volunteer, you will support our Outreach and Engagement Lead in attending local events, job fairs and networking meetings, embedding our connection with local communities. You need to be passionate about our service and great at connecting with a diverse range of people. This volunteer role is ad hoc and travel is required.

Over 70% of women who visit us go on to become employed. By joining us as a Volunteer, you can play a transformational role in the lives of local women.

Our Smart Works community aims to reflect the diversity of the area which we serve. We warmly welcome applications from people who are disabled, LGBTQIA+ and/or from a minority ethnic group.
