Organisation Description: We are a Scout Group that has a Beaver Scout Colony, Cub Scout Pack and Scout Troop. We meet regularly on Tuesday evenings during term time. We are based in Birch Community Centre, next to Birch Fields Park on Brighton Grove, just off Oxford Road.
Description of role: Week by week, our volunteers empower thousands of young people to learn new skills, make new friends and stand on their own two feet. They’re our everyday heroes. They shape young people’s lives for the better, and find out a whole lot about themselves in the process, too.

Today, there are nearly 60,000 young people on the waiting list to join us in the UK. We’re more relevant and more needed than ever, but it’s not always easy to keep up with the demand.

We're Scouts and everyone's welcome here. We'd love you to join our team of go-getters, does and give-it-a-goers. Find out how you can make Tuesday nights even better.

Volunteering is easier than you think. You can give as much or as little time as you like.

Give young people the skills they need to succeed and find out how Scouts can be just as rewarding for you.
