Organisation Description: Community Cinema/Film cvlub
Description of role: Front of house: meet-and-greet at the box office; register attendees. The coffee bar dispenses hot drinks and biscuits. Film screening: set up the projector for screening from a disc or laptop. Check sound levels. Set the correct aspect ratio for the film. Film introduction: give a short presentation on the film, without giving away the plot or spoilers. Conduct the informal post-screening discussion in the coffee bar. Roles can be shared, and students are encouraged to cover all roles over the film seasons. We will be at the Volunteer Fair on October 5th, and you can meet us there.
