Organisation Description: Life’s a Beach is a UK-based environmental charity dedicated to tackling plastic pollution and inspiring sustainable living. Our mission is built on three pillars: Act, Educate, and Encourage.
Through Act, we organise beach cleans and inner-city litter picks across the UK, removing harmful waste from natural and urban environments while promoting hands-on community action. Our Educate pillar focuses on inspiring the next generation through our Waste Less Schools Initiative, which delivers engaging environmental education to primary schools nationwide. We believe that empowering children from all backgrounds with knowledge and opportunity is key to long-term change. Encourage supports sustainable behaviour by offering practical alternatives to single-use plastic. Our reusable lunchware range not only reduces everyday waste but also funds our charitable programmes, ensuring a positive cycle of impact.
Description of role: Festival season is nearly here, and with 1000's of people coming together for incredible weekends of music, there’s a huge opportunity to make a positive environmental impact 🙌 💙
