Organisation Description: Blue Cross has been helping sick, injured and homeless pets, and the people who love them, since 1897. We are a charity that provides specialist care, services and support for pets and people throughout their life together. The help we offer includes rehoming services, behavioural advice, support with pet bereavement and education for future generations. And we’re not afraid to speak up for pets and their people to create a better world.
Our Greater Manchester rehoming, advice and behaviour unit is based in Radcliffe. Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, and we'd love you to join us. We aim to match volunteers with roles that suit their skills and interests and offer a variety of opportunities, from helping to transport supplies and pets in need, run our pet foodbank and charity shops, fundraising, ambassador dogs scheme, pet fostering, helping with events and more.
